Product Extension and Integration Services cover all aspects of integration
with third party enterprise applications and legacy systems using multiple tools
and technologies. Product Extension also includes integration with Web applications
to extend the collaboration between companies and their customers, partners and
suppliers.
Support and Maintenance Service provides 2nd and 3rd level support including
8x5, 24x7, and SLA-based support using a combination of onsite-offshore resources.
We use a proprietary support model for capturing knowledge of existing and ongoing
business process changes.
Implementation Services include Implementation strategy, business case development,
design, configuration and testing.
Migration and Upgrade Services handle migration to J.D. Edwards from any other
ERP or legacy application. This service also supports application upgrades and the
implementation of new functionality and patches.
Performance Fine-Tuning Services help clients document existing IT infrastructure,
anticipate future requirements, and develop an IT infrastructure blueprint that
optimizes investment and performance.
Productivity Improvement and Process Optimization Services help clients identify
and implement improvements in business processes and use of infrastructure resources.
